We will ship as soon as possible according to the delivery method selected by the customer. The delivery date is determined on the day after the goods are packaged and handed over to the third-party logistics company; and the logistics company needs to digest a large number of different shipments, and it takes time to process them one by one. The dates displayed by the logistics system may be different, please pay attention to.

After the customer receives the goods through the logistics company, if you find any problems, please notify CS on the Facebook inbox on the same day for follow-up.

  • - Store self-pickup + courier delivery is available, the goods will be picked up/delivered within 2-3 (working days) days after the order is confirmed, and will be received within about 2 days (working days) after sending out

  • After the payment is successful, the customer will receive a shopping confirmation letter issued by the system. All transaction information shall be subject to this confirmation letter. Please confirm and fill in the correct contact information before confirming the purchase.

*Remote areas such as Discovery Bay will charge an additional $141 gate fee. Please select Discovery Bay in the area when placing an order, otherwise the fee will not be included in the order amount and will be collected upon delivery.

An additional $10 will be charged for the 3rd floor of Tanglou or above. Charges will be collected upon delivery and are not included in the order amount. All cash transactions are free of shipping charges.
