6.3 Prices and payment

(e) To prevent the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your credit card data. Upon receipt of your order, we will require a pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there is sufficient balance on the card to complete the transaction. Orders will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited for the required payment once we have sent you an order confirmation. 6.5 Rejection of an order

(a) charge you any fees and other costs borne by us and reasonably incurred; or

Customer cancellation of an order (non-faulty or defective product)

9.4 We are not responsible for lost, stolen or illegible gift cards or coupons.

9.5 In rare cases, Grand Maple Optical may, at its sole discretion, terminate or cancel any coupon previously issued and shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

9.6 Conditions for redeeming coupons:

From time to time, we may print coupons that are not only available on the platform and send them to you by email or post:

(d) Coupon credits do not accrue interest and have no corresponding cash value.

(e) If the credit on the Coupon is not sufficient to cover the full value of the order you are placing, you may pay the difference using any payment method we accept.

(f) For a specified amount of cash coupon, if you choose to return the product, the value of the cash coupon will not be refunded. However, if you have paid additional fees, this amount will be refunded to you.

9.7 Conditions for redemption of e-gift cards:

You may purchase eGift Cards to be used by you or other customers on the Platform. The conditions in Clause 9.6 apply to eGift Cards. These eGift Cards will be delivered by email.

(a) eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards. You can purchase eGift Cards using any payment method we accept.

(b) Credits on eGift Cards do not accrue interest and have no corresponding cash value.

(c) If you want to cancel the order of the e-gift card, you can click here to contact us or send an email to info.titangraphine@gmail.com to contact customer service staff. An eGift Card is considered redeemed if it has been applied and paid for as a coupon in an order.

(d) If the amount of the e-Gift Card is not sufficient to cover the full value of the order you want to place, you can use any payment method we accept to pay the difference.
