Exchange Notes
  • The replacement product must be unused, the product must be unused, and there is no damage or failure caused by human defects, the complete packaging (including the outer packaging carton) must be kept, and the product can be returned after the judgment of the store, otherwise it will not be accepted. Exchanges are accepted, and shipping costs will be borne by you.
Exchange process

Contact customer service personnel → confirm that the goods can be exchanged → prepare the complete product and invoice → return to the logistics self-pickup point and send it back to the return address.

Return Notice
  • 7 days no reason to return. Within seven days of the arrival of the product, the product must be unused, and there is no damage or failure caused by man-made defects, and the complete packaging (including the outer packaging carton) must be kept, and the product can be returned after the judgment of the store, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

1. 7 days after the product arrives.

2. Damage caused by human factors, such as: defacement, failure, damage, wear, abrasion, scratches, dirt.

3. The package of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are not complete.

4. Malicious or bulk returns.

Refund instructions
  • Credit card payer: After confirming that the return is successful, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account.
  • Other payers: After confirming the return is successful, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
