Exchange instructions
- Replacement products must be unused, and must have no damage or malfunction caused by non-human defects. The complete packaging (including the outer packaging carton) must be retained. Returns may be made at the discretion of our store, otherwise they will not be returned. Exchanges are accepted, and the freight must be borne by yourself.
Exchange process
Contact customer service personnel → Confirm that exchange is available → Prepare complete products and invoices → Return to the logistics self-pickup point and send the return address.
Return Instructions
- 7 days no reason to return. Within seven days of product arrival, the product must be unused and have no damage or malfunction caused by non-human defects. The complete packaging (including the outer packaging carton) must be retained. Returns may be made at the discretion of the store, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs are your own responsibility.
Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
1. 7 days after product arrival.
2. Damage caused by human factors, such as contamination, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, and dirt.
3. The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
4. Malicious or large-scale returns.
Return process
Contact customer service staff → Confirm that returns are available → Prepare complete products and invoices → Return to the logistics pick-up point and send the return address.
Refund instructions
- Credit card payers: After confirming that the return is successful, the money will be directly refunded to the original payment credit card account.
- Other payers: After confirming that the return is successful, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
